Digital Downloads & Refunds
All sales of digital photography licenses are final. Because files are delivered instantly upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once a download link has been issued.
If you experience a technical issue — such as a corrupted file, a failed download, or a link that does not work — please contact us at hello@studiotorgerson.com within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.
Re-Downloads
Your download link remains active for 30 days after purchase. If you need access to your files after this period, contact us and we will reissue your link at no charge.
License Scope
Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual commercial license for the specific images in that collection. Permitted uses are detailed on each product page. In summary:
- Single brand or company use only
- Digital and print commercial use included
- Resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of the original files is not permitted
- Exclusivity is not included by default — available on request
Exclusivity Requests
If you require exclusive rights to an image or collection, please contact us before purchasing. Exclusivity is available for select images at an additional fee and is granted on a first-come basis.
