1. Digital Products and Asset Licenses: Due to the instant, downloadable nature of our high-resolution digital photography assets, editorial archives, and commercial licenses, all sales are final. Studio Torgerson does not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once a digital file or secure download link has been fulfilled and delivered to your system.
2. European Union Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Compliance) [1] :
For buyers purchasing from within the European Union, European Economic Area (EEA), or the United Kingdom: By finalizing your checkout and initiating the digital download of these photography assets, you provide your explicit prior consent to immediate fulfillment. 3. Physical Fine-Art Prints and Custom Commissions:
Any physical fine-art prints, gallery editions, or bespoke travel commissions are custom-made to order. Consequently, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If a physical print arrives damaged during transit, please notify our studio team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and a replacement will be issued immediately.
