1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms:

By visiting our site and/or purchasing digital archives, asset collections, or print licenses from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation corporate marketing buyers, art directors, creative agencies, and private collectors.
2. Intellectual Property Rights & Copyright Ownership: 
All visual assets, photography collections, editorial archives, logos, graphics, and text displayed on this website or delivered through our digital fulfillment channels are the exclusive intellectual property of Studio Torgerson. All rights are reserved globally.
Purchasing a digital asset collection or license does not transfer copyright ownership to the buyer. Copyright remains permanently with the original artist. You are strictly purchasing a specific, non-exclusive usage license based on your selected tier.
3. Commercial & Editorial Licensing Restrictions:
By downloading or purchasing our digital master assets, you agree to adhere to our standard licensing boundaries:
  • Permitted Uses: High-end digital marketing, social media campaigns, website designs, corporate presentations, lookbooks, and internal brand visual assets.
  • Prohibited Uses: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, sub-licensing, or sharing the raw, unedited master files or zipped folders with third parties outside your organization. You may not claim authorship or ownership of the original photography.
  • Extended Media: Usage of assets in high-volume physical print media (such as nationwide billboards, magazines, or commercial packaging) requires an extended print license negotiated directly with Studio Torgerson.
4. Automated Digital Fulfillment & Secure Access:
Upon completion of checkout and payment authorization (including Apple Pay and credit card clearing), our digital delivery network instantly generates and emails a secure, time-sensitive download link containing your signed, high-resolution master assets. You are entirely responsible for securely downloading and backing up your purchased master files upon receipt. Studio Torgerson is not liable for data loss or deleted files on the client's local servers.
5. User Conduct & Storefront Protection:
You are strictly prohibited from bypassing, disabling, or interfering with the security-related features of this storefront. This includes attempting to screenshot, rip, scrape, or extract the blurred, low-resolution watermarked preview images displayed in our public galleries. Any unauthorized commercial use of our watermarked storefront previews will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of international copyright law. [1]

5.1 Strict Prohibition on AI Training, Machine Learning, and Data Scraping
